The League of Women Voters is a national non-partisan organization which encourages informed and
active citizen participation in government; it neither supports nor opposes any political party or candidate.
Membership: Any citizen at least 18 years of age may become a Voting Member of the League of Women Voters. Those who belong to the LWV, United States; and to the LWV, Ohio; and who live in the Oberlin area are members of the LWVOA. Men and women are equally welcome and encouraged to join. Students may also join as Associate Members.
